These terms govern use of SmartLink POS, including the website and Android app.

Use of the service

You agree to use SmartLink POS for lawful business operations and to keep your account credentials secure.

Business data

You are responsible for the accuracy of products, prices, sales, purchases, staff permissions and reports entered into your account.

Subscriptions

Accounts may include a trial period and paid subscription plans. Access may be limited when a trial or subscription expires.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but internet, hosting, payment, SMS or device issues may affect access from time to time.

Updates

The Android app loads the live SmartLink POS website. System improvements may appear automatically without reinstalling the app.
